Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has commended the work and contributions made by the Shree Sanatan Dharam Pratinidhi Sabha.
The Head of Government made this comment during the fundraiser for the development of the Shree Sanatan Dharam Pratinidhi Sabha Rewa Branch in Narere this evening.
Prime Minister Bainimarama said the Shree Sanatan Dharam Pratinidhi Sabha has worked with the Government in creating a more knowledge based society.
“As your Prime Minister, I believe that the opportunities we provide our young people are the ultimate measure of our success,” Prime Minister Bainimarama said.
“I believe that expanding access to high quality education is the greatest possible legacy we can leave for our children. And I believe that the policies that shape our development benefit our people on the basis of merit – on their positive contributions to our society.”
Prime Minister Bainimarama has reassured members that the Government looks forward working side by side with “our Sanatnis in Fiji” as we bring knowledge and opportunity into the lives of young Fijians.
The redevelopment includes the new temple, multipurpose hall, and Ashram. It will also have a museum that will tell the stories and the history of the Girmityas in Fiji.
